Why NFTs

With Web2, we experienced creative content in abundance, combined with the devaluation of art and artistic works. The big intermediary platforms came to the fore, creatives and consumers lost control over their works and data.

With the Web3 and crypto tokens representing value , a new age has dawned: Creation, interaction and participation are remunerated. NFTs facilitate scarcity for digital or digitized creative works, combined with transparent property rights for creators and owners. Creators and rights holders regain control over their works.

NFTs as collectibles are only the beginning. A multitude of new business models will emerge at content level, the distribution of ownership and participation relationships.
We advocate this development and create great NFTs for artists and rights owners to then deliver them successfully to fans and collectors.

We want to use the chance for a fairer distribution that the Web3 is offering us and will be good this time.

After her first steps in traditional indie music business and studies of business administration, Amke has been engaged with innovative digital transformation projects in music and media for 25 years,  working as translator, diplomat and bridge builder at the intersection of cutting edge digital technology and creative content to build new business models and processes that support creatives making a better living of their art.
For the creation of a blockchain supported infrastructure  for copyright management she works as Chief Alliance Officer for Dutch startup CopyrightDelta.com.
With her boutique strategic consultant and investment firm B10CK UG she works as a strategic consultant, helping labels, publishers, cities (Hamburg, Berlin, Dortmund), collecting societies (GEMA, GVL, BUMA) and associations (IFPI, VUT). She is writing professional articles, gives talks and lectures  and has co-curated numerous conferences (Popkomm, Reeperbahn Festival, Eurosonic/Noorderslag)..
In web2-high-times she started music-tech startup audiomagnet, a Direct2Fan marketing and distribution platform for artists, a predecessor  for community- and fan management that is now supported by web3 technologies.

Looking back on 30 years of his professional life, Markus has always advocated the principle that art & cultural content is king and should be treated as such to facilitate a sustainable business, especially for creators and rights owners.
He thrives on those fantastic tech-driven media opportunities that are able to make content shine. The internet was barely part of it, until Blockchain-technology and the NFT-concept became relevant as serious game changers for creative content and its true value for artists and fans.
Markus is a full-fledged marketing- & content-expert, who has been working in the realms of content, brands and media for the past 30 years – from various positions at BMG Ariola, The Walt Disney Company EMEA and [PIAS] Recordings to independent consulting for OTTO Group, InBev, STAGE Entertainment, G+J, Warner Strategic Marketing, Union Investment, Reeperbahnfestival, audiomagnet etc.. As a serial entrepreneur he co-founded the content dome GmbH and HO3RRAUM Media in 2013 and 2014, two production companies for immersive entertainment experiences.
